Our team can help! In this workshop, we will provide tips and tricks for identifying the right job for you, preparing your resume and cover letter to shine, and rocking the interview!

Meet the Presenters:

Meredith R. Pizzi, MPA, MT-BC is Owner and Executive Director of Roman Music Therapy Services, LLC, a vibrant community music therapy agency which focuses on serving children and adults throughout Massachusetts. She is also the Co-Founder of Raising Harmony: Music Therapy for Young Children and the creator of Sprouting Melodies. Her primary work in music therapy includes working with young children with and without disabilities, individuals of all ages with a variety of developmental disabilities. She facilitates retreats and workshops, speaks at conferences, leads supervision groups, provides coaching to music therapy business owners, and regularly shares her “thoughts for cutting edge businesses owners, with a special focus on Music Therapists” through presentation and class lectures around the country.

Katie Bagley, MT-BC is a Lead Music Therapist at Roman Music Therapy Services and has worked with children and adults in a variety of settings, including: bereavement groups, inclusion classrooms, oncology, brain injury recovery, skilled nursing facilities, hospice, and Sprouting Melodies classes. Katie is also certified as a Neurologic Music Therapist. Her passion is providing services at both the beginning and end of life; within this range, emphasizing person-centered treatment and symptom management through music, particularly in dementia care. She strives to help individuals grow optimally and experience a full life.

Jennifer Ray began her career at Roman Music Therapy Services as the Sprouting Melodies Enrollment and Marketing Associate in 2015. Her role has evolved and changed as she has taken on event planning, payroll, invoicing and HR functions. The ever-continuing opportunities for growth, a great team of colleagues, and the opportunity to make a difference to so many people and families is why Jen loves her job.
