Adults are in just as much need of resources to stay connected as children are. Our lives are socially centered, and quarantining can limit a lot of our typical social outlets and affect our ability to be independent and free in our choices of how we want to live our lives. This can be tough when we’ve built our lives in a certain way, to suddenly have it all change. The resources below are to help ease the sense of isolation and encourage continued creativity to keep us inspired to look for the possibilities, even in isolation!
