THE BOUNDLESS RETREAT BEGINS at 2pm Eastern
Arrive and check in at our gorgeous and spacious beach house on Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, situated right on the Atlantic Ocean.
Start off the retreat with a Meet and Greet lunch with Meredith and your fellow retreat participants. After lunch, get ready to set the stage, go through the retreat schedule, and set your retreat intentions. Take some time (Solo Time) to get aligned with your purpose, mission, and vision. Later, we gather together as a group (Ensemble) to share a Community Working Dinner, and check in before resting for the evening.
Begin your morning by taking an (optional) walk on the beach or going for a swim in the pool. Check in as an Ensemble and Meredith will lead discussions around business topics the group identifies as priorities. Spend time alone thinking, processing, and writing before sharing lunch with your fellow retreat participants.
In the afternoon, explore and expand upon these business issues in large and small group discussions as you share your own thoughts and deepen your insights. Wrap up the night together by visiting the Beach right outside your accommodations — just follow the private boardwalk to the Atlantic Ocean.

Start off your day with a walk on the beach or a dive into the pool! The day will be filled with two additional Ensemble time facilitated by Meredith, taking us into many areas of business develop and leadership! You will spend Solo time reflecting, brainstorming, and planning and will check in as an Ensemble at several points throughout the day. You will conclude the last full day of the retreat with a Community Working Dinner, and some much-needed rest and relaxation.
Celebrate the last morning of the retreat with a walk on the beach or swim in the pool. You will have ample opportunity to reflect and wrap up your retreat experience as a Solo and an Ensemble. Our retreat concludes, and checkout begins at 12pm.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE WITH YOUR INVESTMENT
- A relaxing, multiple-night stay at a luxurious and roomy Myrtle Beach house
- Yummy meals will be catered from Monday lunch to Thursday breakfast (3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 3 dinners)
- Shared meals while also building our unique community (then you don’t have to worry about finding a friend to eat with or where to go!)

- Carefully selected group of entrepreneurs with whom you can build your network of support and growth
HOW TO GET STARTED
- Pay your $500 deposit to save your spot.
- Submit your retreat application within 24 hours of paying the deposit. The deposit is your non-refundable deposit for the retreat experience and secures your spot. The deposit will only be refunded if it determined from your application that this experience will not be a good fit for your needs.
- Once your application is received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified with a decision about acceptance within 5 business days.
- Upon notification of acceptance, you have 15 days to pay the remaining balance for the Boundless Retreat or to set up a payment plan (*processing fee will apply). If you would like to set up a payment plan, please indicate on your application and someone from the office will reach out to you with a payment authorization form.
- Cancellation policy: Due to the limited number of spots and the upfront costs associated with the accommodations and food for this retreat, we are unable to offer any refunds for your retreat after September 8th. Our intent is to hold the weekend as planned, but if we should need to reschedule to a later date or cancel due to not meeting minimum number of participants needed, we will transfer payments already made. If you are registered for the retreat and cannot make the rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund within 30 days of notification of a reschedule.
- You will receive additional information via email to prepare for your trip and to prepare yourself for the Boundless Retreat to get the most out of our time together.

Meredith R. Pizzi, MPA, MT-BC is Owner and Executive Director of Roman Music Therapy Services, LLC, a vibrant community music therapy agency which focuses on serving children and adults throughout Massachusetts. She is also the Co-Founder of Raising Harmony: Music Therapy for Young Children and the creator of Sprouting Melodies.
Meredith is a powerful public speaker, a skilled facilitator, a cutting edge business coach, and the courageous leader of the talented team at Roman Music Therapy Services and Raising Harmony. With her commitment to raising a family and not just one, but two companies at the same time, Meredith knows how to balance and make it all work! She is impressed with her three incredible teenagers everyday, and eternally grateful for her husband who has been a constant supporter on this entrepreneurial journey! One of Meredith’s greatest accomplishments was taking a four-week sabbatical in 2022 for a cross-country roadtrip with the family in their little Minnie Winnie camper, and seeing the company grow exponentially in the same year!
