The Office Manager will assume responsibility to implement and drive critical business functions that support and contribute to the overall growth of Roman Music Therapy Services. This leadership and management role focuses on both operational and financial process execution and improvements, while motivating others to meet opportunities head on.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides inspired leadership and effective communication to coordinate employees, resources, equipment and information with a focus on process improvement, continuous growth for the team, and professional development.
  • Works closely with the Leadership Team, makes essential decisions for the business and ensures all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed in accordance with healthcare, behavioral health, educational, and reimbursement best practices.
  • Manages day-to-day business operations and supervises and collaborates with the administrative team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Ensures successful execution of operational systems, including client intake and scheduling, marketing, account and contract management, invoicing, account receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping/general ledger maintenance, G/L account reconciliations while ensuring that all office functions are being executed in a smooth and effective manner.
  • Maintains efficient and logistical scheduling for music therapists working throughout Eastern Massachusetts
  • Implements, coordinates and oversees processes to support planning, budgeting, reporting and strategic initiatives on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Supports administrative and team-wide training programs, reinforcing technology and operations infrastructure to nurture the success of each team member and to ensure consistency and quality standards of service delivery are met.

Employment Standards, Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in accounting or operations management preferred
  • At least three (3) years of experience in office management
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software and platforms quickly

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
