Owen Miller, MT-BC

Music Therapist

After completing his studies at the Berklee College of Music, Owen joined the team at Roman Music Therapy Services for his music therapy internship.  Now he is a staff clinician working with people who have elevated mental health needs, as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities, with an additional soft spot for early childhood work. His sessions strive for a trauma-informed approach that meets the participant where they’re at, focusing on positive person-centered growth.

Outside of music therapy, Owen is an award-winning songwriter and musician, playing Rock, RnB, Funk, Country, Bluegrass, Brazilian, Caribbean, and African drums. He also enjoys teaching music lessons, going on hikes, drawing, basketball, and D&D.
