Mia Peluso

Administrative Assistant

Mia is a graduate of Westfield State College where she majored in Psychology.  She holds a BA.  Beginning her career in daycare as a toddler teacher, she then moved to the preschool, then finally moved to the P-K room. After she left working at the daycare, she then worked for a company that makes the X-ray machines for airports and other places such as federal courthouses.  She then went to work for a Boston law firm. There she assisted in several major cases making sure the attorneys could find what they needed on a daily basis.  Now, she has joined Roman Music Therapy Services where she can’t wait to meet the families and assist them.

Outside of work, Mia loves to scuba dive. She has been very fortunate to travel all over the world to see amazing places and see all sorts of critters that are below the surface. Because of this passion, she is fortunate to have received 3 Emmy awards.  She was lucky enough to dive a couple of times in the GOT (Giant Ocean Tank) at the New England Aquarium and swim with Myrtle the turtle (yes, she does rule that tank). Also, she was blessed to dive Aquarius Reef Base (undersea research laboratory) in the Florida Keys. One can’t buy either of these experiences.

She enjoys swimming, hiking, snowshoeing, whitewater rafting, and sky diving (doesn’t do this too often).
