Board Certified Music Therapist
Steven Clarke received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii Manoa and degrees in Music Therapy and Professional Music from Berklee College of Music. During clinical internship, he worked seven months at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital, serving clients with a diverse range of mental health needs. This long-term psychiatric care setting focused on patient’s recovery and independence in the community.
Having been with Roman Music Therapy Services for two years, Steven currently works with clients with ASD, OCD, PTSD, developmental disabilities, medical needs, at-risk youth, Dementia and Alzheimer’s. He has also facilitated and co-facilitated drum circles in the community. He is looking forward to future opportunities serving diverse client populations and implementing creative interventions that meet their needs.
