Description

Clinical Music Therapy Supervision is a professional relationship that focuses on enhancing your music therapy services and improve outcomes.  A place of reflection, increased self-awareness and emotional support; a venue to discuss your ethical and best practice concerns or questions; and a chance to examine and strengthen your therapeutic relationships with like-minded music-therapists.  Supervision has shown to empower individuals and improve confidence in clinical skills, assist with processing unresolved issues, provide frameworks to better understand clients, and combat feelings of isolation and burnout in connecting with clinicians that have similar experiences and concerns.

Annette Whitehead-Pleaux, MA, MT-BC, is an experienced professional who has served a great diversity of populations and settings.
